General Introduction
CK(X) 52 CNC (digital display) vertical lathe is a kind of advanced
equipment featuring excellent performance, extensive process scope,
and high production efficiency. On the basis of borrowing from
advanced lathe design and manufacturing technologies at home and
abroad, combined latest design and profound corporate cultural
deposit, the company develops a kind of precision lathe machine of
hydromechatronics, providing world first-rate products.
The series products are implemented with the latest national
precision standard and our rigidity standard, and mated with
domestic advanced accessories, satisfying high requirements of
powerful cutting, platform overload, high dynamic and static
precision, safe and reliable action, long service life, and high
processing efficiency.
Main Structure
The workbench and its base adopt integrated casting thermal
symmetrical structure; the spindle bearing employs high precision
double-row cylinder roller bearing with adjustable radial
clearance; the workbench is outfitted with constant current
hydrostatic guiderail and due to constant temperature cooling, the
lathe is guaranteed with high rotation precision, and sufficient
rigidity, strength and thermal stability.
The vertical shaft, of the gantry frame enclosed structure,
optimizes the structure dimension and stress state through finite
element analysis.
The sliding or hydrostatic loading guiderail, constant current
hydrostatic guiderail is adopted for horizontal motion, and sliding
guiderail or rolling & sliding guiderail for vertical motion.
Both feeds are driven by AC servo motor and transmitted by ball
screw. Common tool rest and double CNC tool rest are optional
according to customer requirements.
Technical Features
The main drive is DC motor and realizes workbench rotary speed
scope through the two-gear speed change mechanism.
CNC system is Siemens, Fanuc or Fagor; other CNC systems are
available for customers.
According to customer requirements, we can provide function parts
for closed loop control, common tool rest digital display, tool
changer, contraposition within the machine, milling and boring,
C-shaft, and grinding, and the cooling and chip removal device.
Application Range
The lathes are suitable for high speed steel, hard alloy and
ceramic cutting tools, and applied for coarse and precision
processing of internal and external cylinder surface, internal and
external conical surface, screws, arc surface and complicate curved
surface of nonferrous metal parts and some non-metal components.
